What to expect
I customize all massages to fit your needs because every body is unique. My signature style of massage is a nice blend of Lomi and Swedish. Our session begins with working with the nervous system. I use slow, rhythmic, long broad strokes on the back, which promotes relaxation. This serves to warm up the fascia and muscles before adding deeper pressure and petrissage (aka kneading🙂). Some clients enjoy passive stretches to open tight muscle groups, ligaments, and joints. I welcome communication from you throughout the session to assure you're getting the best massage possible. Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities when booking your massage. Other modalities include Prenatal, Cupping, and Sports massage.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest with family roots in Hawaii, Jenna strives to embody the true meaning of the Aloha Spirit with her generous nature and commitment to serving. She has dedicated her life to helping others and aspires to Live Aloha.
A mission to help others feel better is the common thread in Jenna’s career. She holds a bachelor's in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon and a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. Her mission is to help inspire and empower holistic wellness.

To advance her skillset in helping others, Jenna began studying hands-on healing. She set in motion her massage training in 2011 at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon. There she gained solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, and various massage modalities with a foundation in Swedish massage.
In 2016, Jenna decided to return to the garden island of Kauai. She completed the necessary hours to obtain her Hawaii State Massage License at the Golden Lotus Studio student clinic. She furthered her skills by completing Mana Lomi and Therapeutic Spa Workshop.
In her free time, Jenna enjoys a good book at the beach, hiking the beautiful
